THE CASE COMPETITION

The UW Public Health Case Competition is a deeply interdisciplinary event that invites all undergraduate students from across Washington State to develop solutions to real public health challenges affecting Washington residents.

ABOUT THE CASE

The case provided will be a real, timely public health challenge that is currently impacting state residents. We encourage applicants to formulate a well rounded approach, taking into account health care policies, financing and budgets, medical research and data, feasibility, and social factors. This competition is designed for students passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and actionable change and fosters an environment for diverse student teams to collaboratively build solutions.

WHO CAN APPLY

Applicants from any background are encouraged to apply. We believe that diverse experiences offer greater perspectives for innovative solutions. Matriculated undergraduate students who are currently pursuing their Bachelor's Degree from colleges in the State of Washington are welcome to participate.
